Delancey is a privately owned company, founded in 1995 by Jamie Ritblat, and led by Stafford Lancaster alongside support from non-executive chairman Paul Goswell. Comprising of a long-standing, cohesive, senior team with an average tenure in the business of 24+ years. Since inception Delancey and its management team have acquired, developed, managed and sold in excess of £20bn of real estate and real estate related investments across all sectors.
