Emma Murray is Director of Capital Strategies, where she supports the expansion of the firm’s real estate product range and investor base across both equity and debt strategies.
Emma joined Delancey from Fiera Real Estate in 2026, where she spent more than a decade as Director of Business Development. During her time at Fiera, she helped raise over £2 billion of capital across UK and European real estate strategies and managed relationships with institutional investors including pension funds, insurers, sovereign wealth funds and consultants.
At Delancey, Emma works across the firm’s existing mandates, separately managed accounts and new investment strategies, helping to deepen investor relationships and support capital formation initiatives. She is also involved in the continued scaling of Delancey’s growing living sectors and credit platforms, including AlbionArc.
Emma has extensive experience working with domestic and international institutional investors and has a particular interest in residential and living sector strategies, with a focus on long-term, sustainable investment themes across the UK real estate market.
