Paul has been leading Delancey alongside Jamie since 1996 and is jointly responsible for the formulation and implementation of the group’s overall strategy as well as the management of its key client relationships. He also directly oversees some of the group’s investment and development projects and has led Delancey’s long history of investment in central London offices, including the take-private of Minerva plc, the delivery of the Rolls Building, the new Commercial Court of England and Wales in the City of London and the establishment of London’s premier technology and innovation hub at Here East in the Queen Elizabeth Park in East London.
