Our Approach
At Delancey, our investment strategies are based on an approach we call knowledgeable opportunism. We look for opportunities that require us to move fast and negotiate hard. But the decision to move on any opportunity is based on many years’ experience and the way in which we exploit it is carefully considered. We have a developed a network of contacts that often gives us access to knowledge and opportunities ahead of the rest of the market.

Our Partners
We have an extensive history in advising discretionary and non-discretionary capital, and often opt to involve trusted partners who can bring operating expertise, capital or access to direct and indirect property investments, particularly in market sectors with high barriers to entry. Partners range from global financial institutions, public and private pension funds, government entities and sovereign investment funds.
