At Delancey, Vasant is responsible for overseeing all transactions and is involved in the corporate structuring/restructuring of acquisitions and disposals, joint venture negotiations, tax and cashflow/treasury management. Prior to joining Delancey in October 2006, Vasant was Group Management Accountant at Annington Homes, this followed a six-year role as Senior Finance Manager at CIT Group (a real estate private equity investor) where he was involved with investor reporting as well as assisting with acquisitions & disposals.
