Prior to joining Delancey in 2012, Richard spent 26 years at Colliers International (formerly Conrad Ritblat & Co) as a Director within their National Investment Department and latterly their Corporate Recovery Department. At Delancey Richard works with the retail, leisure, residential & out of town office and logistic teams to assist in property analysis, investment assessment, asset management and due diligence across assets held in these sectors.
