At Delancey since 2006 , Helen has been responsible for asset managing the London centric Metro Shopping Fund as well as Arc Bury St Edmunds and East Kilbride Shopping Centre, prior to their disposal at significantly enhanced values. More recently Helen has been strategically preparing assets for development in Elephant and Castle and Earls Court whilst ensuring their income is maximised and they remain fully operational. Prior to joining Delancey Helen spent 12 years working for Royal & Sun Alliance’s property investment team as a Fund Manager with responsibilities for asset management, investment and development of portfolios of mixed use property.
