Stafford joined Delancey in 2000, having previously been a Partner at Cushman & Wakefield. He now has responsibility for the strategic oversight of the business, working closely with clients and colleagues to devise and deliver the Firm’s market leading operational and investment activities.
Originally focussed on UK commercial markets, in more recent years he has also been engaged on the Firm’s residential, mixed use development and educational strategies. He works closely with key investor partners including APG, Oxford Properties, Aware Super and Places for London.
Stafford graduated from The University of Reading in 1989 and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is past national Chair of the Investment Property Forum and until recently was a Trustee of the Reading Real Estate Foundation at Henley Business School.
