Richard joined Delancey in 2007, and is responsible for the planning and delivery of major projects. He has overseen a number of mixed-use projects with expertise in the office, retail, residential and hotel sectors, and is currently leading the redevelopment of the Elephant and Castle shopping centre, a major town centre regeneration providing residential units for Get Living, 250,000sq ft of retail, leisure and workspace, a new university for UAL and a new London Underground station. Prior to joining Delancey, Richard was a Director at Colliers specialising in Project Management of Commercial Office and retail schemes. He originally joined Colliers Conrad Ritblat as a newly qualified Building Surveyor in 1996.
