David joined Delancey in 2019 and is currently involved in assisting with the management of Delancey projects such as the 1m sq ft Here East, the residential development site at New Maker Yards in Manchester, Franklin Templeton’s Social Impact fund and the Phoenix Quarter Dartford, forward sold to Barratts. David was the asset manager at his previous employer Minerva plc where he was personally involved in the property management of a diverse portfolio of over four million square feet of commercial and residential property.
