Katie joined Delancey in 2010 and has over 20 years of commercial property experience. An Alumni of the University of Oxford’s Strategic Innovation programme, Katie’s role at Delancey is focused on sourcing and investigating innovations and trends in the property sector which can be implemented to add value across Delancey’s clients’ estates. Prior to joining Delancey, Katie worked for DTZ (now Cushmans) including roles within Asset Management and Investment providing advice around asset enhancing opportunities, cost reduction, disposal techniques, analysis of client portfolios and investment opportunities focusing on future prospects and unlocking potential value.
