Katie joined Delancey in 2010 and has almost 25 years asset management and property advisory experience, specialising in asset repositioning, value enhancement, portfolio optimisation, investment management, and strategic disposals. Prior to joining Delancey, Katie worked for DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield) in the Asset Management, Investment Agency and Corporate Real Estate Consulting teams, advising a broad range of clients including multinational occupiers, global REITs, NHS trusts, and local authorities.
During her time with Delancey, Katie has been involved in a number of significant projects, including the redevelopment of Elephant & Castle town centre, the growth of Get Living (the UK’s pioneering institutional build-to-rent platform), residential joint ventures with leading UK housebuilders and the asset management and disposal of the Blade portfolio (a mixed use portfolio). Katie currently leads Delancey’s asset management oversight of Here East, the award-winning one million sq. ft. innovation and technology campus (one of the most successful examples of post-Olympic regeneration globally). Her responsibilities include fund level business planning, leasing strategy, value creation initiatives, governance, ESG, capital investment decisions and fund reporting.
Katie also acts as strategic adviser to Delancey’s education portfolio, supporting the board and management team of a successful education platform comprising over 1,000 students and 650 boarding rooms, located in Cambridge, London and Manchester. She provides oversight on investment, operational property matters, guiding long-term property strategy, performance and risk management.
