At Delancey Steve is responsible for the Asset Management of retail and leisure property along with the creation of new places and neighbourhoods. Past work has included the Metro Shopping Fund, Delancey’s joint venture partnership with Land Sec plc, and the retail, leisure and public realm elements of Get Living’s East Village and Elephant & Castle neighbourhoods. Prior to joining Delancey in 2000, Steve worked for Lambert Smith Hampton and Jones Lang LaSalle in their Shopping Centre Asset Management teams.
