Since joining Delancey in 1998, Ian has been instrumental in the asset management and leasing of the company’s shopping centre, retail park and leisure portfolios which at its peak totaled some 14 centres. More recently, he has been involved with the MetroBox retail warehouse fund and the prime shopping park at Castlepoint, Bournemouth. Prior to joining Delancey in 1998, Ian spent 12 years at Healey & Baker (now Cushman & Wakefield) in the retail teams working primarily in the shopping centre and high street arena covering both agency and professional work.
