At Delancey since 2013, Steven is part of the Central London offices team dealing with Here East, our 1m sq ft investment in Stratford and also with property in the social impact investment sector. Prior to joining Delancey in 2013, Steven spent over 20 years at The British Land Company where he was a Director in the Asset Management team focusing on the retail warehouse portfolio comprising in excess of £1bn of property. Before joining British Land, he spent three years with a City of London based insurance and pension fund.
