Jess joined Delancey in 2021 and is an Associate within the Business Development and Investor Relations team where she supports all aspects of fundraising for existing and new products, and supports investor coverage. Prior to joining Delancey, Jess was an Associate in the UK investment team at GIC, the Singaporean Sovereign Wealth Fund, where she underwrote and executed in excess of £1.5bn of transactions across sectors and managed existing retail and student housing investments of over £3bn.
