At Delancey since 2022, Manraj is focused on underwriting investments across the capital structure and related financial modelling, including underwriting and project cashflows, debt cashflows and monitoring of asset and fund returns. Prior to joining Delancey, Manraj was an Investment Analyst at a boutique finance house focused on investing in residential mezzanine debt and equity in the UK real estate market.
