Acquired in December 2003, the properties are located at the heart of Canary Wharf and were constructed in 2002. They comprised high specification office space in two landmark self contained buildings arranged over 15 and 42 storeys respectively

  • When acquired, the buildings were wholly let to Citicorp and Credit Suisse First Boston and had substantial surplus accommodation available to let.
  • The asset management strategy devised and executed by Delancey centered around working closely with these tenants to understand the operational and fiscal issues arising from this void space and helping them to achieve full occupancy.
  • The acquisition of these investments was an integral part of the Morgan Stanley takeover of Canary Wharf.

Sold to Royal Bank of Scotland in 2003, in one of the biggest property deals ever seen in the UK at the time.
