Practical completion follows the pre-let that Delancey secured to Ferraris Piston Service Ltd, distribution partner of choice for a number of leading automotive brands, earlier this year. Knight Frank were the appointed letting agents.

With advanced features and a layout tailored to meet the demands of Ferraris Piston Service’s operations, the facility will enhance productivity and support the company’s ambitious plans for expansion. Matt Ellis, Asset Manager at Delancey said: “It is great to welcome Ferraris Piston Service onto the Park. This marks another step forward in the evolution and elevation of Patchway Enterprise Park. Delivering new first-class industrial space, that meets the requirements of hi-calibre occupiers. With planning secured on the next development phase, to deliver c.130,000 sq ft of market leading facilities, we look forward to progressing onward with the wider asset strategy to reposition the Park; providing more modern future-proofed buildings with the highest sustainability credentials.”

Mark Enderby, Director of Development at Delancey said: “It has been a privilege to work with EG Carter & Co Ltd to deliver a customised space engineered to optimise operational efficiency and provide long-term value to our tenant, Ferraris Piston Service.”

This latest completion follows on from the successful development of Units 8a and 8b. Both were pre-let to pioneering businesses ahead of practical completion with eXmoor Pharma Concepts, a cell and gene therapy consultancy, taking a lease of Unit 8a; and Bikar Aerospace Metals, a provider of semi-fabricated metals for the aerospace industry, taking a lease of Unit 8b.

The newly completed unit was delivered in collaboration with Delancey and Bourne Wood Partnership, and designed by Ratcliffe Groves Partnership Architects and Rowntree Partnership.
