Stafford joined Delancey in 2000, having previously been a Partner at Cushman & Wakefield. He now has responsibility for the strategic oversight of the business, as well as for devising and delivering a number of the firm’s market leading operational and investment activities.
In recent years he has had a particular focus on its residential, mixed use development and educational strategies. He works closely with key investor partners including APG, Oxford Properties, Aware Super and Places for London.
Stafford graduated from The University of Reading in 1989 and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is national Chair of the Investment Property Forum, a Trustee of the Reading Real Estate Foundation at Henley Business School and a Governor of Lockers Park School.
