Sally joined Delancey in January 2001 and co-ordinates all investor relations activity and liaison. Sally’s key responsibility as investor relations includes managing day-to-day contact with existing shareholders across Delancey client managed funds, co-ordinating Shareholder, Investment Committee meetings and Investor AGM’s. She also project manages the preparation of interim and annual reports as well as shareholder-specific requests, secondary transfers, audits, and bespoke ad-hoc reporting. In addition, she is responsible for the investor CRM system and involved in client audit controls.
Sally has also assisted with fundraisings for over £1.6bn equity for the various Delancey client managed funds (DV3, DV4 and DCIF) and is actively involved in Delancey’s fund-raising activities, which includes investor outreach, contacts content, and coordinating promotional literature for prospective investors across the high-net-worth, institutional and corporate spheres.
