Rohit joined Delancey in 2005 and is responsible for all governance, operational risk and regulatory/compliance matters. This includes reviewing the manner in which Delancey conducts its business, establishing robust internal controls and operational processes, assessing initiatives for business improvement, and ensuring that all legislative, regulatory and compliance obligations are properly safeguarded, including those specific to advisory client matters. Prior to joining Delancey, Rohit was Head of Risk Management & Internal Audit at Hercules Group plc, the AIM-listed property services group, which was eventually acquired by Erinaceous Group plc.
