Richard has over 20 years of real estate, capital markets and legal experience. Richard joined Delancey in 2022 and currently serves as Director of Debt Strategies, where he structures and executes financing on real estate investments and advises on firm‑wide debt matters. He began his legal career at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, advising on European and U.S. capital markets transactions, before moving into senior in‑house and leadership roles across major real estate investment, servicing, and advisory platforms. His work has spanned loan origination, restructuring, and securitisation across the UK and Europe.
