Peter joined Delancey from Minerva Plc in 2011 to manage the design, procurement and delivery of the remaining phase of development at East Village, Stratford which comprised five new building plots accommodating over 2,000 new BTR apartments and 500 PBSA rooms.
More recently, he completed a large multi unit industrial development and is managing the total refurbishment of a 20 storey 435 room PBSA building and several other similar buildings requiring extensive remediation due to non-compliance with building regulations post Grenfell.
Whilst at Minerva as Construction Director he was responsible for delivering several projects including over one million square feet of grade A commercial office buildings in the City of London, redevelopment of the Young’s Ram brewery site, and luxury residential properties including The Lancasters whilst retaining and refurbishing its 124m Grade II listed facade.
Prior to that, he was Construction Director appointed by Swiss Re to deliver the Gherkin building.
