Peter joined Delancey in 2019 and has particular responsibility for delivering the next phase of development at East Village which will comprise five new building plots accommodating over 2,000 new BTR apartments and our Globe road, Leeds project comprising 783 new homes. Peter’s 40 years’ experience covers many sectors of the industry including civil, defence, hospitals, retail, large commercial offices, luxury and built to rent residential property.
