As well as directly overseeing some of the group’s investment and development projects, Paul is closely involved in the formulation and implementation of all Delancey’s strategies and sits on the boards of several of its operating platforms including Plexal, an innovation consultancy, Here East, a digital and creative campus and NW1 Partners, an international thematic investment business.

Outside his Delancey related activities, Paul is or has been involved with a number of charities including Somerset House where he serves as a Trustee, King’s College London, where he sat on the Council and chaired the Estates Strategy Committee, the Royal Albert Hall where he sat on the Development Board and the Royal Institute of International Affairs (Chatham House) where he sat on their Buildings Advisory Committee.

Prior to joining the business, Paul spent ten years at Healey & Baker (now Cushman & Wakefield), one of the world’s leading property consultancies where, as a partner, he ran the City of London investment department.
