After nearly 30 years with the business, Paul stepped back from his role as Chief Executive of Delancey in 2025 and has now taken on a non-executive role where he serves as Deputy Chairman. He continues to sit on Delancey’s various investment committees and retains a hands on involvement overseeing the firm’s role in NW1 Partners, its international thematic investment business.
Having joined Delancey in 1996, shortly after it was founded, Paul helped grow the business from a simple two client property investment business to the multi fund equity and credit business it is today, with approximately £6 billion AUM.
Outside his Delancey related activities, Paul is or has been involved with a number of charities including Queen Mary’s University where he sits on the Council, Somerset House where he serves as a Trustee, King’s College London, where he sat on the Council and chaired the Estates Strategy Committee, the Royal Albert Hall where he sat on the Development Board and the Royal Institute of International Affairs (Chatham House) where he sat on their Buildings Advisory Committee.
