Since joining Delancey in 2014, Nathan has been involved in ~£1 billion of transactions and is responsible for overseeing a number of large development and new business projects, including most recently leading the development aspects of the 44-acre 7.5m sq ft Earls Court site. Nathan is also responsible for overseeing London office developments, including The Stride, a 200,000 sq ft office development in Kings Cross, a 7-building masterplan in Notting Hill and an office repositioning in the City of London. Other projects of note include securing planning permission and delivering the disposals of key mixed use development sites at 185 Park Street on London’s Southbank, The Kensington, former Odeon cinema high end residential development, and a 1,100 residential site in Croydon.
Prior to joining Delancey Nathan spent seven years at Hammerson plc and five years before that at PRUPIM M&G, leading a number of large-scale central London developments and investment transactions.
