Matt joined Delancey in 2022, with responsibility for the strategic asset management of external client fund assets. Prior to joining Delancey, Matt was the lead asset manager for multiple funds at M&G Real Estate; directly overseeing a c.£1.2bn industrial and logistics focussed portfolio, where he worked on improving asset performance through leasing strategies, refurbishment, redevelopment and repositioning projects. He also worked at TfL, managing its North London estate, comprising commercial assets and railway arches.
