Matt Ellis joined Delancey in 2022, and his role at Delancey includes responsibility for strategic asset management of external client Fund assets. Prior to joining Delancey, Matt was the lead Asset Manager for multiple Funds at M&G Real Estate, directly overseeing a c.£1.2bn industrial and logistics focussed portfolio, where he worked on improving asset performance through leasing strategies, refurbishment, redevelopment and repositioning projects. He also worked at TfL in the Commercial Real Estate team, with responsibility for the north London portfolio of commercial assets/railway arches.
