Mark joined Delancey in 2005, and has responsibility for overseeing the development team and for the design, procurement and delivery phases of all of the major development projects for Delancey’s clients. Current development projects include Earls Court, the 40-acre site in Zone 1 in Partnership with TfL, and the Get Living residential assets at East Village, Elephant & Castle, Lewisham, Glasgow, and New Maker Yards Phase 2 in Manchester, providing some 4,000 new homes. Mark is also responsible for setting the procurement strategy for the development projects including building contracts and appointments. Prior to Delancey Mark was a Project Director at Pillar Property overseeing the delivery of City Offices, and major retail parks.
