Kirsty joined in 2025 and is responsible for advancing sustainability performance across Delancey’s portfolio, with a focus on decarbonisation strategy, ESG reporting, and asset-level implementation. Prior to joining Delancey, Kirsty was at Savills, where she was part of the ESG+ team.
Kirsty’s background spans sustainability data analysis, ESG compliance, stakeholder engagement, and environmental certifications. She is particularly passionate about social impact, having co-chaired Savills’ Social Mobility Group and led its engagement with schools.
She holds an MSc in Rural Land and Business Management from the University of Reading and a Geography MA from the University of Glasgow.
