Kevin joined Delancey in 2011 and has primary responsibility for the legal and structural aspects of joint ventures, fund raisings, capital markets and debt transactions, corporate aspects of portfolio acquisitions, new business initiatives, restructurings and distressed situations. Kevin practised as a finance lawyer and spent five years as a senior associate in Silver Circle firm SJ Berwin’s real estate finance team. Prior to SJ Berwin, he worked for National Australia Bank and law firm Herbert Geer in Melbourne.
