Kayode leads on communications and engagement. He is responsible for raising our profile and protecting our reputation, including with media, political and internal audiences. Prior to joining Delancey in March 2026, he held senior communications and public affairs roles in the built environment. This includes in the real estate division at Goldman Sachs, at global real estate advisor JLL, and the HS2 major infrastructure programme.
