Jamie founded Delancey in 1995. Over the last 30+ years, Jamie has grown Delancey into a leading UK-based real estate investment, development and asset management company, having overseen £20bn of transactions. Jamie has led Delancey to successfully raise and execute a number of UK real estate investment and credit funds as well as significant segregated mandates for global institutional clients and large family offices. 

Jamie oversaw the planning of the Earl’s Court development, comprising 40 acres of prime redevelopment land in west London. He also led the high-profile legacy of the London 2012 Olympic Games, with the acquisition and development of London’s neighbourhood ‘East Village’, the creation of Get Living (now the UK’s leading build-to-rent management company).

Jamie has been a committed trustee, board member, and supporter of numerous organisations. His current roles include serving on the Imperial College Council (where he chairs the Real Estate Committee), as a Commissioner on the Historic England board, a Trustee of Blenheim Palace, and a member of the Advisory Board at Brown Advisory, alongside many other appointments
