Guy joined Delancey in 2018 and leads the strategic growth and operational excellence of Get Living’s portfolio, working closely with its backing partners – Oxford Properties, Aware, and APG.
A senior real estate executive with over 20 years’ experience, Guy specialises in high-value, complex transactions across operational real estate at both corporate and asset level. His expertise spans the full investment lifecycle, including acquisitions, disposals, development, asset management and investment, across residential (market-rate and affordable) and commercial sectors. He has a strong track record in scaling and optimising large residential platforms, with a particular focus on cost discipline, operating performance, capital markets engagement and shareholder alignment.
Guy brings deep expertise in valuation, transaction execution, and strategic portfolio management, underpinned by advanced financial appraisal and modelling capability and a nuanced understanding of macro- and micro-economic drivers.
Prior to joining Delancey, Guy held senior roles at Goldman Sachs and CBRE, and applies a distinctive blend of commercial, strategic and operational leadership to drive portfolio growth, value creation and the delivery of complex, sustainable real estate projects.
