Jamie joined Delancey in 2026 and works across real estate debt and investment opportunities, supporting origination, underwriting, execution and portfolio management activities.
Prior to joining Delancey, Jamie was an Associate in the Real Estate Debt team at Aviva Investors, where he was responsible for the origination, structuring and execution of real estate transactions on behalf of a pan-European, multi-sector private debt fund. Before this, Jamie held roles at CBRE Lending and CBRE Capital Advisors, gaining experience across real estate debt, corporate finance and direct equity investment.
Jamie is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and holds an MSc in Real Estate Finance from Oxford Brookes University.
