Lesley is a 25+ year investment veteran of the real estate industry having worked in the UK, Europe and North America across a variety of asset sectors, including housing, office, retail, hotels, schools, debt, distressed assets and lifetime mortgage products.
Lesley returned to Delancey in March 2026 as Managing Director of Capital Markets, but she had previously been with Delancey for 14 years when she had oversight of all third-party financing for Delancey and JV investments. Her time away from Delancey broadened her executive and strategic leadership experience, firstly as CIO for office investor and developer Seaforth Land and later as COO of PRS developer and contractor Telford Homes where she led operations and strategy during a period of restructuring post the September 2022 mini-budget announcement. While at Telford Homes, Lesley also built and led a 25-person remediation team in response to Telford’s commitment to the Building Safety Agreement.
A proponent for innovation, Lesley took a short break from real estate prior to joining Telford Homes to take a role as Head of Strategy for GoSpace AI, a scale-up tech business.
