Jae joined Delancey in 2024, bringing his architectural and financial expertise to the Development Team. With background in Architecture and Finance, Jae integrates spatial planning, urban context analysis, and design principles with robust financial strategies.
Jae is responsible for wider support and oversight on development projects – its financial underwriting and viability analysis supporting transaction structuring and business plans, alongside coordination with multidisciplinary teams to drive project delivery and secure key milestones. His current project involvements include Elephant & Castle Town Centre and 176-178 York Way.
