Kirsty joined in 2025 and is responsible for advancing sustainability performance across Delancey’s portfolio, with a focus on ESG strategy, reporting, and asset-level implementation. Prior to joining Delancey, Kirsty was at Savills, where she was part of the central ESG+ team, supporting sustainability objectives through strategy development, data benchmarking and ESG reporting.
Kirsty’s background spans sustainability data analysis, ESG compliance, stakeholder engagement, and environmental certifications. She is particularly passionate about social impact, having co-chaired Savills’ Social Mobility Group and led its engagement with schools.
She holds an MSc in Rural Land and Business Management from the University of Reading and a Geography MA from the University of Glasgow.
