Prior to joining Delancey in April 2023, Maria spent 6 years at Third Bridge, a global investment research and market intelligence firm, where she was a Compliance Manager. She has over 7 years’ experience in legal and compliance roles, most of which have been within the funds sector. At Delancey, she works closely with the firm’s Senior Compliance Manager, where she assists with the completion and filing of the necessary applications, notifications and periodic reporting to the FCA and SEC. Maria is also involved in a variety of routine compliance tasks, as well as supporting in ad-hoc regulatory and compliance-based projects.
