Marcus’ focus at Delancey is sourcing, reviewing and analysing opportunities across all asset classes within the UK and making recommendations to his Director of Investment and the Delancey board. Prior to joining Delancey in 2022, Marcus spent 3.5 years at Savills where he was an Associate in their European Investment team. During this time at Savills Marcus completed the graduate programme which included rotations around the business including Valuation, Development Viability and Central London Investment.
