Andrew joined Delancey when it acquired Freehold Portfolios in 1998 and is responsible for the asset management team, including due diligence on purchases and sales. During his time at Delancey, Andrew has been involved in the asset management of the Minerva portfolio that included the letting and subsequent disposals of the Walbrook Building (450,000 sq ft) and the St Botolph Building (550,000 sq ft) in the City of London. Prior to joining Freehold Portfolios in 1997, Andrew held senior positions in a number of property practices including associate director at Conrad Ritblat (now Colliers International).
