At Delancey since 2018, Guy has particular focus on growth across Get Living’s portfolio and operations and works closely with the partners backing the initiative; Oxford Properties, Qatari Diar Real Estate and APG. Prior to joining Delancey, Guy was an Acquisitions Director at L1 Property, the real estate funds management arm of L1 Capital. He has over 20 years of experience in both the residential and commercial direct and indirect property markets across acquisitions, disposals, valuation and asset management. He has held previous senior positions at Goldman Sachs, CBRE and Countrywide.
