Martin joined Delancey in 2022, and is an experienced real estate finance professional having spent 17 years on the commercial team at Deutsche Bank, with expertise in origination, underwriting and executing a wide range of loan and structured investment opportunities. Martin has transacted in excess of EUR 3bn of senior mortgage financing and in excess of EUR 2bn of CRE structured transactions with premier private equity sponsors, leveraged debt funds and family offices across the UK, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy and Spain.
