Since joining Delancey in 2014, Nathan has been involved in over £750m of transactions and responsible for overseeing a number of large development projects, including most recently leading the development aspects of the 40-acre 7.5m sq ft Earls Court site. Other projects of note include securing planning permission and delivering the disposals of key mixed use development sites at 185 Park Street on London’s Southbank, The Odeon cinema high end residential development in Kensington, and a 1,100 residential site in Croydon. Prior to joining Delancey Nathan spent seven years at Hammerson plc and five years before that at PRUPIM M&G, leading a number of large-scale central London developments.
