Richard has 20 years of real estate, capital markets and legal experience. Richard joined Delancey in 2022 after consulting at a global investment bank where he conducted due diligence and transaction management functions relating to the origination, financing and syndication of real estate assets and development projects. Richard previously acted as in-house legal counsel of the LNR/Hatfield Philips group of companies. In that role, he worked with stakeholders and external counsel to restructure or otherwise resolve non-performing commercial real estate loans across Europe.
