Prior to joining Delancey in 2023, Jing was an Investment Analyst at a London based development company, where she was responsible for financial modelling and data analysis for a number of development projects. Previously, Jing was a Real Estate Analyst for an investment management company, focused on investments in the UK real estate market for overseas investors, covering a range of asset classes, including mixed use, residential, office, retail and industrial.
At Delancey, Jing is responsible for developing financial models and project cashflows, as well as the preparation of investor reports and presentations.
Jing graduated from University of Surrey with a Master of Science in Investment Management, currently a CFA Level III Candidate.
